Endorser submission terms

When you send us a link to your organization’s recommendations:

1. You confirm the page or document is public and that you may share it on your organization’s behalf.
2. You allow BallotData LLC to read it, extract the recommendations it contains, and publish them, with a link to your source, on endorsedby.org and in the data we license to our customers. We publish only the recommendations themselves, not your page’s text.
3. A person reviews every submission. We may decline or edit what we extract, for example to match the printed ballot.
4. We keep your name, title and email to contact you about the submission, as our Privacy Policy describes. We don’t publish them.
5. To change or withdraw a recommendation, update your page and send it again, or contact us.
